故障现象:
FOXMAIL邮箱在接受邮件的时候,提示报错:
The capacity of each mail box should not exceed 2G,please backup and delete the documents in the x:Program Files Foxmailxxxxx@xxxxx.xxxin.box,otherwise the mail box will be too full to receive any meassage
此报错的原因是因为Foxmail的邮件存储容量超过了2G,造成了邮件无法继续下载.
解决方案:
1、首先打开foxmail邮箱，按照文件大小进行排序,找出占用空间最较大的邮件,删除(没有用的文件)。
2、鼠标右键点击[收件箱]，选择[属性]，在打开的邮件夹窗口中，点解压缩，释放已经删除的邮件空间，之后重新点击收取邮件，恢复正常。
