javascript调用window.open打开网站的时候，IE浏览器下报错：已经计划系统关机，提示如图：

主要说的是系统更新或者安装过相关的软件或者补丁，需要重启动后才能生效。所以上面那篇csdn的这个错误也是解决得莫名其妙了，应该是重启过电脑。
